is from Rowlett, Texas and is graduating from Emmett J Conrad High School. In the fall she will attend The University of Texas at Austin pursuing a Bachelors degree in History. Nao was the captain of her tennis team and won a bronze medal in a district chess tournament.

I have always desired to pursue the highest education possible because I come from a low-income family and a refugee from Myanmar. Education is what will let me accomplish my goal by pursuing a career in the medical field to improve the lives of my family and my people.”
